Agitators are available for such popular models as the TDB series, DEE series, DH series, and FT series. There are several advantages of a Varimixer versus a Hobart. The first is the cost factor. Obviously cost is not a consideration if you are not comparing equals, but here we believe it applies. This shows the wiring diagram for the variable speed control board and the motor. Note at the top of the diagram there is a Mercury switch. This is a safety switch so when the agitator is lifted it will not operate.
